Monday is enchilada day. But I went pretty late, and they were out. So I ask for my usual tacos. And I get the word back that they have an enchilada left, if I want that with the tacos. Sure! Same price, I get back to lab and start lunch. I ended up with two tacos, two enchiladas, rice and beans. Yum.
