Sometimes I find an interesting article. Here's one off CNN.com, which is a look at the proposed rebate checks as a stimulus package to boost the economy. I have to say, I really like his idea, with the caveat that it's a good distribution method if we have to do this type of stimulus package.

I found the article really interesting because it was advocating a lesser of two evils type position, which the author didn't even want to be in the position of having to write. The meta context for the author's views and his educated opinion was pretty clear due to the style of writing.

Oh... and I can't help but wonder if the title of his article is meant to be similar to Minsc's quote in Baldur's Gate: "Magic is impressive, but now Minsc leads! Swords for everyone!". Not to sidetrack this into a Minsc thread or anything, so I had better stop there.
